Julie Roth

MSW, LICSW

Julie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Augsburg University. She works with children, adolescents, and families, and as her career has evolved, she now supports many adults as well. Julie brings a deep understanding of family systems, youth development, and trauma-informed care. She has extensive experience supporting youth ages 10–18 in inpatient hospital settings across Minnesota and is skilled in assessing and addressing suicidal risk, including providing trainings on suicidal ideation.

Julie supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment-related challenges, and has experience providing therapy and facilitating Mental Illness/Chemical Dependency (MICD) groups for adults. Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Julie weaves together evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, Humanistic/Person-Centered Therapy, and elements of DBT.

At the heart of Julie’s work is a belief in healing, connection, and inner resilience. She walks alongside clients, creating a grounded, calming space where growth unfolds naturally and clients can reconnect with their strengths and move toward the best version of themselves.
